Open the can of tomato paste at both ends.
First the top....
. . . then the bottom.
Then simply push the whole thing through the can.
The trailing lid will push the sides of the can clean as . . .
. . . the entire clump of paste is deposited into your sauce.
If the trailing lid is stuck to the cylinder of paste, be sure to fish it out of your sauce!!
